Church
We are blessed in Blue Springs
with many churches of a variety of sizes and denominations. These
churches often work together through the Ministerial Alliance to
further serve our community. Many works of these congregations often
go unheralded. They are to be commended for their continuing
contributions. The impact of our faith community goes directly to
the quality of life of us as individuals as well as that of our
neighbors.
In addition to our churches, there are a variety of other non-profit
entities which rely on the philanthropy of our citizens and
businesses. It is unfortunate that there are so many areas of need.
We are fortunate to have so many caring citizens and businesses that
are willing to help in times of need. A better balance of residents
and business would expand the pool of philanthropic funds needed to
address the wide array of charitable causes. It would also help
existing contributors from overstretched.
It’s all about balance.
