Terms and Conditions:

• A payment discount of 10% off second, or lower tuition is available for families having more than one child enrolled during the same time period.

• There will be NO REDUCTION in fees for temporary absences, including those caused by accident or illness of the student.

• Educational care will be provided in all instructional days with the exception of any cancellation or early closing due to inclement weather conditions.   All inclement weather conditions that might allow for the cancellation or early closing of school will be at the discretion of the Administrator for Casa De Los Niños and will be announced on FOX 4 News.  There will be NO REDUCTION in fees for such days.  

• Monthly Tuition is due on or before the 1st of each month.

• A late payment fee of $25.00 will be added to all payments received after the 5th and 25th (weekly tuition only) of the month in which it is due. 

• A returned check fee of $30.00 will be added to all payments each time it is returned to the bank unpaid.  Additional legal charges may be assessed in the event of non-payment of a returned check.

• Monthly or weekly tuition may not include fees for field trips, materials, etc. which may be requested in the course of the time a student is in attendance.

• Children enrolled in any program which is NOT Extended Day will be subject to additional charges at a rate of $1.00/minute for time in attendance outside of scheduled hours.  A five-minute grace period will be allowed, in which the $1.00/minute will be applied after the first five minutes that a student is in attendance after scheduled hours.  This grace period does not apply for the Extended Day program, in which Casa De Los Niños Montessori School  reserves the right to charge $1.00/minute for any children in attendance after 6:00 PM.
