What is the 3rd District & how is it defined?

The 3rd District for Lee's Summit City Council contains the northern side of Lee's Summit and is colored blue on the map to the right. The District starts at the north city limits and follows Interstate 470 on both sides until Colbern Road where it stops for the east side of the highway. It then contains the west side of Highway 291 down to O'Brien and Orchard Lane. The western edge of the boundary are the city limits and Highway 50.  A link to a map is provided below.
